Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kyoto Denkiki LSC-C20A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pyro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyro such as the MMB2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDV60A00755A340T manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPEFL8300383ERF by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand ND312T33W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bonitron such as M3452H300K3 equipment made by Bonitron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonitron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonitron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OPS18 made by Omicron as well as the popular MVI46GSC original spares produced by Prosoft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC712BN624A799651A by Mitsubishi and M3452H300K3 spares by Bonitron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
